At Beauty Zone Nail Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, opened gels, lacquers, and liquids cannot be returned.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items with the original invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
