What is your return policy on gels and polishes?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Are your acrylic liquids and powders MMA-free?
Absolutely. All our acrylic systems are 100% EMA-based and formulated to meet the highest safety standards for both the technician and the client.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
What should I do if my UV/LED lamp arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately.
